Nur Watts from Watts Way Garage Door Service helped me out in a pinch. I’m not local to Houston and had a garage door that we suspected was vandalized by an angry tenant (clean cut the pulley wires on each side). Nur was able to get out to the property on the same day and make the repair, tune up the door, and reconnect the opener. He also helped us out by working with us to make sure all the doors and windows were locked as well as changing the key combination on the lock box. I really appreciate his professionalism and quality of work. You can tell that he is a true upstanding professional who is really good at what he does. We can’t thank him enough. I’ve included the before and after photos he sent us. We will totally be using him for any of our repair needs in the future.
