Stephen, Justin, and the Arrow team did an excellent job on my multiple room remodel, which included a new master bathroom. updated kitchen, wood flooring throughout, and new lighting.
From the start, they listened closely and offered thoughtful suggestions that strengthened the project. Their proposal was clear, detailed, and competitively priced.
Throughout the remodel, Stephen and Justin stayed in constant touch with me so there were no surprises; their communication made the entire process feel manageable and collaborative.
Their crew was dependable, showed up every day ready to work, and was consistently friendly and helpful.
The workmanship throughout the house is outstanding, and I’m thrilled with the finished remodel. I would confidently recommend Arrow to others and will absolutely use them again for future projects.

Arrow Remodeling gets 5 stars! They did a fabulous job of an upstairs renovation project for us. The crew was very kind and the work they did was incredible. They also cleaned up so well as they did the work. I would highly recommend contacting Stephen and his team.

We just completed our kitchen remodel and we love the way it turned out. Steven, Justin and the entire Arrow crew has been great to work with! This was our third project with this contractor and will continue to hire them for any future projects. They are collaborative, transparent about costs, and very knowledgeable. They walked us through the design process and helped us find options that best fit our budget. The team showed up on time every day, stayed on schedule, and cleaned up as they went. They are reliable, professional, and do high-quality work—we highly recommend them.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not only fair but also highly competitive in the market, ensuring you get exceptional quality and value for your investment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is typically a meet and greet over the phone, followed by scheduling an appointment to see the site of the project and take measurements. From here we want to get to know our customer, their personal taste and vision for the project. From here we typically want to provide them with opinions and insights to help bring the project to life. Lastly we schedule time to shop with our customers to look at the materials first hand. Then Stephen becomes best friends with the homeowners FOREVER (HAHA it's true).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 20 plus years of experience in the field, we have gained extensive expertise across a wide range of construction skills, trades and management roles. We are members of the GHBA (Greater Houston Builder's Association) and NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). As members we regularly attend ongoing training classes that they provide. We also attend builder shows to stay up to date with products, materials and applications.
