FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive. We do not have large overhead costs of offices, salesman's and a fleet of vehicles to pay for. So that gives us the ability to give you the best pricing around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet at your home and discuss the project together. Take measurements, photos and notes in order to get a clear understanding of the project. Then we will put together a proposal and present it to you. Our bid are line itemed so you can see exactly the cost for each task and decide whether or not to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained a two year degree in Building Construction Technology where we learned how to build a home from the ground up. I continued my education and earned a bachelors degree in Operations Managment. During my career I was a building inspector and plan reviewer and earned license in both. I have obtained my home inspectors license through InterNachi and obtained my Lead Paint and EPA certification.
