FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I start at $50/hr and go up to $125/hr depending on the scope of work. I can work by hourly rate or provide a flat rate quote. I offer military and first responders discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take a few minutes to walk the project and get clear expectations of what the scope of work is. I provide professional suggestions if I see anything that might need to be assessed during the project. I explain how I will accomplish and complete the project with a step by step breakdown before work begins. Once we agree and understand the process I begin the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started woodshop and welding in middle school and continued education throughout high school. I worked with different trades through college and became well rounded in all areas of home repair. I completely remodeled my previous home down to the studs, moved walls, changed the floor plan, updated plumbing and electrical, installed hardwood throughout the entire house, replaced sagging floor joist and celing joist where needed, repaired subfloor, etc. Now I focus on mostly carpentry and home repair.
