Alex was very responsive to my inquiry. He came out and provided a fair quote the next day. He completed multiple projects for me in one day. I sent him a picture of a board and batten wall with coat hooks and he built it. He also repaired sheetrock from a previous water leak. Both projects turned out great. I will definitely use Alex again.

Alex did exceptional work at my home yesterday! He was on time, clear with pricing, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Tasks completed: assemble and hang shelving in garage, repair kitchen cabinet door, install 4 smoke detectors, install tv wall mount, install new showerhead, repair broom hanger in pantry, hang art. I will definitely use him again and again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will never get any surprise invoices. All the prices will be discussed and agreed upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the communication goes through Thumbtack or Housecall (you get the text messages on your phone). We agree on the price (if the project is small) and schedule the time of service that works for both of us. If you are up to a bigger project we will schedule a free estimate and then will provide a quote for you. I always create invoices / estimates so that you could have everything documented. If the project is big, we might ask for a deposit for smaller jobs the payment is done only after the job is completed and you are fully satisfied.
