Had a great experience working with Michael for replacing the carpet in our new home. He handled everything with great professionalism and the end product was seamless. He very quickly got a quote together and was able to get us on the schedule promptly. I had the materials preselected and ordered directly with the manufacturer and his team handled product pickup, removal and disposal of existing, and install of new carpet and pad. Will likely reach out again for future projects as they come along!

I am committed to do my best to ensure an affordable and fair price for any and every project (small or large). I strive for customers to be happy and satisfied and hope they have a pleasant feeling and buying experience when they do business with me. That said I am honest and professional and do every job and walk away with an easy feeling that I will definitely receive more referrals and business!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and view the site, work they need done. Discuss everything in detail and answer any and all questions they have. Cover all bases including the customers wants and needs to ensure they are comfortable and confident in their decision to achieve complete satisfaction from beginning to end. To develop a true overall pleasant experience that will lead to repeat and referral business!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Floor Installers (CFI) on-going training courses and seminars. Over 30 years experience and hundreds and hundreds of residential and commercial installations. Full knowledge of all current products and installation guidelines and well-rounded at installation of all flooring!
