Disappointed with Follow-Up and Quality of Work I hired this company in late May for tilling and sod installation in my front yard. While communication was prompt and professional prior to the start of the project, the quality of the completed work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the cost. Following the service, I contacted them multiple times—providing messages and photos—to express my concerns and request a follow-up to correct the issues. I initially received a response of “not knowing there was an issue” and including a commitment to return within the week, but no one ever arrived. Since then, my attempts at further communication have been ignored. I made several good-faith efforts to give the company an opportunity to resolve the matter, but after a few weeks with no resolution or response, I am very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
