Francisco said he would be at my house by 5 - he showed up at 4:55. He and his helper were very friendly, worked quickly, moving heavy furniture up and downstairs and took the time to put sliders under all three feet. I would absolutely use then again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rate is $80 per hour for 2 movers. $110 per hour for 3 movers. $140 for 4 movers. There is $100 dollar trip fee that covers all equipment needed for moving including shrink wrap, tape, moving blankets, tools and 26 ft truck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do I need packing services before I can hire movers? Am I ready to move? We can pack some items as we go but if you’re home needs to be fully packed we recommend you schedule us to come pack the day before your move so your household goods are professionally packed and ready to be moved on move day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Five years of experience in both local and long distance moves. There’s hardly anything we haven’t moved. No task too big or small for Magnolia Movers!
