I'm always there for my client to help them build their Backyard Oasis I always answer my phone and I'm always just right around the corner if they need anything please go to my website to see gallery. When accomplishing a project to customers satisfaction is always a bliss. Creating and designing from an idea for a customer is full filling as well. Just seeing the customer and there family happy with the project that has been completed is what I enjoy most about the work that I do!

2019 review Contractor never cared to finish the last job. We had our pool deck resurfaced. Several delays just to start due to contractor family issues, car issues, being sick etc. Half way through the project he left the fresh cement uncovered and it got rained on. That part of the deck sill doesn’t look the same as the rest. He didn’t finish acid washing all of the deck, parts of the deck are not smooth like the rest. He never replaced the broken splash block the contractors kid broke. He replaced the wrong valve (he did go back and correct it). After two weeks we started seeing peeling and cracks on top of the patio. When I asked Carlos why this was happening he said the project was cosmetic. Cosmetic project or not, nothing should only last two weeks before starting to look bad. I gave him a two star only because he was able to add in a last min request. After the many ignore calls and texts and broken promises to finish we will never work with Carlos again. 2017 review I thought they did a wonderful job, they repaired the crack. They found another crack in the spa and repaired that too. Their cost was fair and was able to do the work 2 days later. They replaced some tile and it matches perfectly. The pool was repaired by the time I got home from work. I'm very happy with their service and will gladly use them again in a few years to replaster my pool. I can't wait to start using my pool again.
