I have an old unit, and I wanted them to check it out, ya know, just in case. They cleaned it up, let me know its issues, and even told me it doesn't need to be replaced yet, which I appreciated. I'm glad they didnt try to scare me into a new unit just yet. Super punctual.
Service was prompt. They even called me to come over earlier than my scheduled appointment. They ran a routine diagnostic check on my heater and quickly fixed the issue. Thank you for efficient and good service.
