I have an old unit, and I wanted them to check it out, ya know, just in case. They cleaned it up, let me know its issues, and even told me it doesn't need to be replaced yet, which I appreciated. I'm glad they didnt try to scare me into a new unit just yet. Super punctual.
We contacted Gregs on recommendation from a colleague and were very pleased with the service. Our ancient AC system died the big death while temps were over 90 degrees daily. They were quick to respond, were able to schedule a new system installation within a couple of days, and got the job done beautifully. The new system is excellent, their pricing was quite reasonable (with a significant discount if you pay by cash/check), and their staff were great. Robert did the initial inspection of the dead system and gave us a couple of options based on what I said we wanted/needed, and didnt try to upsell us on anything we didnt need. Isaac and Jose G. did the system installation and were quick and as unobtrusive as one can be when hauling and installing large pieces of machinery. They even plugged a small hole in our air intake space where some mice were getting in and causing trouble. We will absolutely be sticking with them for any future HVAC needs we might have in the future and would recommend them without reservation.

First of all, Greg answered the phone in the evening just before 7pm. I was scheduled for the next day. The technician was on time and asked me before doing further diagnosis. He fixed my Trane unit and the charges were very reasonable. It was very straightforward and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

This is our first time using Greg's Heating and Air based on a recommendation from our son. Zachary showed up within the given time frame and gave us the head's up he was on the way. He was so thorough checking out our system and replacing the filter in the attic. We will definitely use them again
