We don’t believe in cutting corners or upselling unnecessary work—just honest pricing and high-quality craftsmanship. We also work with insurance claims when storm damage is involved and are happy to guide customers through that process to help minimize out-of-pocket costs. Initial Contact & Inspection – We start by scheduling a free, no-obligation roof inspection. One of our experienced roofing specialists visits the property to assess the condition of the roof, identify any issues, and discuss the homeowner’s concerns. Detailed Assessment & Proposal – After the inspection, we provide a clear, written estimate that outlines the recommended repairs or replacement options. We take the time to explain the findings, answer questions, and ensure our customers fully understand the scope of work. Material Selection & Scheduling – Once the homeowner approves the proposal, we help select the right roofing materials—typically GAF products—based on style, durability, and budget. Then we schedule the project at a convenient time for the homeowner. Project Execution – Our crew arrives on time, protects the property, and completes the roofing work efficiently and professionally. We handle everything from tear-off to installation and cleanup, keeping communication open throughout the process. Final Walkthrough & Warranty – After completion, we conduct a final inspection to ensure everything meets our high standards. We review warranty details with the homeowner and make sure they’re completely satisfied before we leave.
