I am a personal assistant to a family who also requires me to manage properties that they rent out. One of the tenants contacted us and notified that their house’s AC unit kept shutting off on a very hot day (hence very time sensitive for me to resolve the issue fast). I called around and contacted numerous companies on that were known for repairingair conditioners, etc. and New Generation Air rose to the occasion! They were the most thorough, responsive, and patient with our situation to the point where we will not be going to anyone else. I would highly recommend this company, as they do what they say they are going to do and integrity is hard to find in any company nowadays! Again, we will not be looking for anyone else going forward, as they earned our trust! Thank you New Generation Air, Daniel, & Angie for showing us how things should be done!

In a very competitive industry, there will always be contractors that offer very low pricing in an attempt to close more jobs. Unfortunately, it is those same contractors that will very seldom go back to warranty any of their work. New Generation Air believes in integrity and quality work, many times that comes with a slightly higher price to avoid any shortcuts and to keep all of our team continually growing! With the best and updated industry standards, New Gen will less likely be the cheapest bid you get, However, the quality of workmanship and open communication with all of our customers is definitely worth the peace of mind!
