Very glad I chose New Generation Air. Prompt response and Richard was able to come out the same day to check my system. Walked me through the diagnosis and the repairs as he did everything. My a/c is fixed and is working even better than before. Highly recommend.

Heyyyyy! If I tell you I woke up this morning and went online 4/29/24 around 9 am. I got messaged back very quick and it so happened the guy was 10 min away he came in assess the unit. Of course I had another person out that charged an exuberant rate that was supposed to be with labor and parts. But then he said it would be extra for the Freon /liquid nitrogen... when he had quoted it with everything previously...I would've been duped! So to find out that my thinking was correct that he was adding extra fees already included to fix the replacement piece I was so out done but not out witted! So basically right now he's out to get the part and will return at 1-4 to complete my job I have the most confidence in services right now because of the immediate response and surety that this is WHAT THEY DO ALL HAIL THE KINGS OF THIS COMPANY AND IT'S CONSTITUANTS-I'll leave another review after it's up and running to see if I can get my snowballs again coming thru the vent before the heat comes!!! I had never waited so long for assistance from a company f to do work that takes three weeks and then I'm sent a text that they were not interested in doing my work they could find another way to good wink me because of my dad and close friends it clearly showed his sketchiness... but I didn't have to struggle for a quick appointment and even if I did they wouldn't had me on within a weeks time for an appointment I guess the stars are all lined up right

That's got to be the first time someone has said they'll show up at 9a and actually rang the bell at 9a on the dot. Got here on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, clear explanations, and fixed it. Richard was friendly, knowledgeable, and just straight up got the job done and did it well. I'd recommend these folks to anyone.

I am a repeat customer of New Generation Air, they are a pleasure to work with everytime. I hired them to install a bathroom exhaust fan, connect my laundry room to our existing hvac system and to do our hvac maintenance check. They are so polite and professional everytime and very quick! Will be calling them again for future projects.

Tech came out within the next business day, arrived early and was very accommodating. He fixed a broken part, did several checks, and returned a few days later to inspect and make sure everything was working correctly. Highly recommend.
