It genuinely is so nice to work with professional people that know what they are doing, and can give useful information and advice. So pleased with the service that Richard provided. Would definitely recommend New Generation Air to any of my friends and family! We got our AC tune up scheduled within a week and now our unit is working better than ever. Our tech, Richard, was awesome! Not only was he quick and knowledgeable, but he installed a piece to make life easier going forward and also gave me suggestions and instructions for how to maintain the pipes and filter. 10/10!

In a very competitive industry, there will always be contractors that offer very low pricing in an attempt to close more jobs. Unfortunately, it is those same contractors that will very seldom go back to warranty any of their work. New Generation Air believes in integrity and quality work, many times that comes with a slightly higher price to avoid any shortcuts and to keep all of our team continually growing! With the best and updated industry standards, New Gen will less likely be the cheapest bid you get, However, the quality of workmanship and open communication with all of our customers is definitely worth the peace of mind!
