II hired Rio EpoxyFlooring to install a polyaspartic coating on my garage floors and patio. Initially, the floors were not as smooth or as shiny as I had hoped. After I notified them about the issue, they promptly returned the very next day, resanded the surface, and applied a fresh new layer of polyaspartic coating. Their quick response and commitment to making sure I was happy with the result truly impressed me. The floors now look outstanding—much smoother, glossier, and closer to the showroom-quality finish I was aiming for.
Throughout the entire process, the Rio EpoxyFlooring team was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Their willingness to quickly address any concerns and stand behind their work really sets them apart. I am genuinely impressed by the high level of customer service they offer and their clear dedication to customer satisfaction.
