My garage door has been working a little too hard lately and I didn't quite know what to do when it quit shutting. Unfortunately it gave up when my husband was working a 24 hr shift. I had to pick up my son from school soon- I called RidgeLine because they were local and I'm and avid small business supporter. You guys, they are SOO GOOD. It took five minutes to get him to the house. Daryl went above and beyond to ensure the safety and longevity of my door. He ended up just moving a few bolts, which would've taken me hours- took him less than 30 minutes and didn't charge me. Let's be honest, I would've either broken the door or myself trying. He was so helpful and trustworthy I felt no pressure to ask about upgrades and he taught me how to maintain my own door. I'll definitely be hiring him to upgrade my door since LGI puts in the cheapest products ever. I wish I would've just hired him to install the whole thing... would've saved me and my husband some stress

I would like to say I had a wonderful experience with Ridgeline Overhead Garage Door from Manor, Texas. Mr. Daryl was amazing as he was examining the garage door that got stuck and he was very specific to detail and explained everything in basics. He stopped by my house right after i got out of the phone with him and gave me a fair price for a new garage door which i appreciate. This company will be my go to place from now on.
