- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide fair, upfront, and competitive pricing for the high quality of work I deliver. I don’t believe in hidden costs; I offer clear estimates based on the complexity and scope of the job. For customers with multiple small tasks, I’m happy to bundle them into a single visit, which is often a more cost-effective way to get your entire to-do list knocked out at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a detailed conversation to understand the scope of the project. I pride myself on being prepared, so I’ll ask for photos or descriptions ahead of time to ensure I have the right tools and materials. On-site, I maintain a clean workspace, work efficiently to get the job done right, and perform a final walk-through with you to ensure everything is perfect. I’m not done until you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from years of diverse, hands-on experience across both home repair and technical systems. I am trained in precision assembly, electrical light installations, and door/hardware repairs. Additionally, I have a strong background in low-voltage work, including running internet cabling and optimizing home Wi-Fi networks. This combination of physical craftsmanship and technical knowledge allows me to handle almost any challenge in your home.
