I had an incredible experience working with JR Brothers and Joaquin! Also this was my very first time using Thumbtack. I originally reached out just to get a crushed rock shed pad installed (clearing out the grass and compacting 3-4 inches of rock). Joaquin reached out almost instantly and after talking through my options, Joaquin pointed out several advantages to going with a custom build over the pre-built manufacturers I had been looking at, including superior materials, a clean base skirting, and a custom ramp for my riding mower. Sure it was a bit more expensive then a pre-built, but I have no regrets and actually glad I made the decision.

Once I decided to go with his company, Joaquin and his crew were out the very next day, which was impressive. Despite the extreme heat, they knocked the entire project out in just 3 days! Joaquin even helped coordinate paint colors using Home Depot color charts and the final color looks amazing.

The build quality is top-notch, sturdy, and everything I wanted and more. If you need a shed pad, a shed, or outdoor spaces done, give them a call! Ill definitely be keeping contact info for future projects myself!

I'm very pleased with the work Joaquin and his crew did. I had them add a 28x12ft concrete patio. They worked very quick and paid great attention to detail. It took them just one and a half days. This wasn't an easy job as they had to demo/pour over an old slab, and take part of the fence down. They left the site clean and they went the extra mile. I plan on using them again for other types of work.
