I hired Robert to install grab bars in my bathroom for disabled father. One of the grab bars pulled out from the wall within a week. I called Robert to have him fix it and he said he would come by later in week to look at it. He never called or came by. After 3 weeks of his BS I did a dispute with Thumbtack. They said for us to work it out. Robert said he would give me a partial refund but weeks later I have yet to receive it. He is very shady! When I call or text he doesn’t respond. Think twice about hiring him! He’s the type of contractor that takes your money and can never reach when a problem arises. I would give him 0 stars if the system allowed it!Aug 6, 2018Verified

Robert was very responsive and was prompt in checking on my issue with my front door. He was able to quickly repair it since he had all the materials he needed. He was also able to check out another issue with my back door during the same visit! I've been looking for a handyman to help out with minor repairs and upgrades, and I'm glad to have finally found Robert.
