Carlos went above and beyond to patch holes and touch up paint in the house by first inspecting the whole house and then quoting on the spot for the job. Second thing that impressed me was that he started right away even on a Sunday and was always in communication with me on any issues observed during the job and addressing issues beyond the original scope for no extra charge. He offered to come back multiple times until I was fully satisfied. This was a great experience working with a professional like Carlos as he also only charged for materials that were only needed for the project showing receipts of the materials purchased for reimbursement. Along the way an unnecessary material was exchanged for a different product and all this was voluntarily offered by him. Having to return for job completion was only required as I kept expanding the original scope and not due to the quality of the work completing. Overall I am extremely satisfied as I was fully remote in this process and needed to rely on him for photos of the work done on site before and after. My new tennant inspected the house after full completion and gave praise to me and contractor for going above his needs. Credit to Carlos for the job well done. The best part was that he collected the remaining 50% of the payment only when job was fully complete and full inspection

I hired them to paint two rooms, same color. The job required several small Sheetrock patches and texture. Because they said they could do it I added some trim work and removing engineered wood flooring.

They started strong then experienced some project communication and quality issues. Eventually they were able to address each of the issues and complete the project.

Worst experience ever. If you want unprofessional, half baked job, upselling for everyday, and someone who will leave your job incomplete, hire them.

This customer was great, only problem is that they really didn't know what they wanted. They sent me lots of different pictures and YouTube videos of different types of paint jobs. We were patient and worked with them. After a week we helped them decide what they were looking for. Our work was great and they were happy. I explained that lime wash and faux paint are two different products and are different steps. Also different prices. then we had problems. Work was complete. I have pictures. Over all I don't have anything bad to say about them.
