Working with these guys was hands down the best home improvement/maintenance experience I’ve had. They communicated, showed up when they said they would, and did an awesome job! We had our the entire interior our house painted along with kitchen cabinets, garage doors, and shutters…and everything looks amazing. We have a brand new home! We didn’t have to do anything…didn’t have to move anything or take anything down. They did it all AND put everything back exactly how they were prior to painting! They professional and efficient…I know who I’ll be calling for any paint jobs in the future!

The guys were right on time for the accent wall project, and before beginning they took the time to discuss the project with me to make sure there was no misunderstandings. The pro scheduled an estimate for painting two rooms. Upon arrival they scoped out the project and provided a very reasonable estimate for the work. When I asked when they thought they could start, a quick response of “Today” was given. It would’ve been all good, if I had already known what color paint I wanted for the rooms I was having painted. Once I selected and purchased the paint, I notified them I had purchased the paint for the project. I texted and coordinated the start date for the project, which we scheduled to happen in a mere 3 days at 8am. Workers were prompt. I noted they were arriving 30-45min ahead of schedule, but remained outside to prep for their workday. At 8am, the workers were welcomed in, and immediately began covering all of the flooring with plastics. Once all floors were covered, the work began. It seems there was at least a two-man team per area. They also made minor repairs around the baseboard and trim of the rooms I having painted. I knew the project was near completion when I observed the workers bring in their broom and dust pan, and remove the final plastics from their walking path. Only after the area was thoroughly cleared did the pro walk through both areas with me. The job was done to absolute perfection. I’m a happy camper. I’ve already lined up additional paint jobs I’d like done in the very near future. It’s a win win with these guys. Thank you Escalera’s Painting, you did an awesome job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very fortunate to have someone available at all times to respond to our customers. The process is normally pretty quick. We’re able to come out and provide quotes same day -or even the following day. We have a great team and are flexible for our customers. If customers are satisfied with our prices - we are able to complete projects within the week.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As much as we try to provide quotes through photos- it is a lot easier for us to come out to the home and provide you with a quote. Discuss what is needed. Answer any questions/ concerns. Explain why some projects may be more costly than others. We understand that some customers prefer a quote through photos for certain reasons - that is also not a problem at all. We try to provide a rough estimate. Our top priority is customer satisfaction and making sure our projects are professionally done ! We look forward to working with customers and are always available to answer any questions !
