In addition to shooting in natural light situations, I also shoot using strobes and mixed lighting for the best possible look. I recognize the shot, and how to accomplish it the best way possible and use the RIGHT tool for the job. There's no sense in trying to force an impossible shot when a much better shot can be accomplished using the right tools. I have over 20 years of experience of working with people, cameras, and getting the right shot, the first time. That, and I'm awesome. I'm very easy to get along with, and I listen to my clients to get what they want. What other job out there would allow me to do what I love, and nurture my creative outlet? It's the best job in the world. :)

Michael went above and beyond all expectations! Faced with a challenging undertaking (taking 30+ headshots over the course of a few hours at a busy event), he was responsive, professional, and set our event attendees at ease with his pleasant personality. Always, always, always. School is not just for photographers, it's for everyone! Seminars, workshops, all the good stuff that helps me stay abreast of what's new in my profession.

Been a photographer since I was 17. Yup. I wouldn't do anything else. :)
