For a month, I have heard creatures on the roof or in the attic. I was not sure which and contacted Tikal. Tikal came out to give an estimate on pest removal in my attic. The employee spent 45 minutes going all over the roof, all around the exterior property and all through the attic. He did not find evidence of pests in the attic but did on the roof. He did not charge me. Because my insulation was very thin, the employee believe that is why I could hear the creatures on the roof.

As soon as I entered my info into Thumbtack, I received quite a number of responses, which was awesome. Still, wasn't sure who to call. I don't recall my reasons for choosing Zaairio, but whatever they were, they were spot on. He'll be my guy forever. Not only is he knowledgeable about pests (rats/insects/etc.), but I like him and he's very thorough. I will happily share his contact information with anyone who asks. I feel very fortunate! And just fyi, I never met him before he responded so I have no skin in the game of recommending him.

sprayed yard and house, put boric acid under the house. Even refilled dog's wading pool with fresh water to be sure nothing had settled in the water that might make our dog uncomfortable.

Zaairio is the jack of all trades when it comes to pest & lawn services! I researched many companies for lawn/pest care including the big names around Austin before deciding to go with Tikal Lawn Care because they are direct, honest, have epic rates, and, just down right an amazing company to hire!
From making sure our dogs water bowls were emptied when performing pestcontrol around the house to helping me envision the xeroscaping needing to make my front lawn pop out to the naked eye, Tikal Lawn & pestservices are definitely A+ & a reliable hire, in my eyes!
Do not let this company pass you by most importantly before they fill up and are two months out in scheduling! On a side note thank you Zaairio for helping us achieve our vision! Your a truly amazing person. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When dealing with pest must of the time we will need to inspect the property, in order to give an accurate quote. During the inspection we will find any entry and/or harboring points, That is the reason why we don't charge for the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our industry is required to have a certain amount of continuing education each year, we take it a little further, instead of every year we take a continuing education program every month.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working as a cashier in a major retailer, after 6 moths there I realized that I didn't like to be working indoors, so I looked into working for a company that I could be outdoors and pest control was the best choice.
