Got a very quick call from Tanya after submitting the information via thumbtack. She had a tech who could get to my house same day. Timothy showed up and diagnosed the problem offering a few options. He got my AC fixed and I’m back in action! Great team, great service, great value. Would definitely recommend.

Donavin did awesome. He confirmed everything I thought was wrong with my unit which was the the fan motor. He’s a really neat guy and knows his stuff. Will definitely hire again if needed.

I’m really impressed with this company! Great communication from making appointment to meeting the technician (and they send you picture and small bio, so you know who’s going to knock on your door). Daren was very profesional and was explaining every single thing to me during HVAC system inspection. Upon completion he recommended improvements needed with full explanation why I need it, so I was able to make informed decision (instead of being pushed services). I’m looking forward working with this company and Daren. They also provide maintenance plan, which covers 2 tune-ups a year and gives you discount if repairs needed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an $89 Service Fee that includes the Basic Diagnostic, and we do offer Free Estimates for unit replacements. Club Members get the best discount we offer and lower service fees, but we do offer other discounts such as Military and Senior Citizen, and we also have coupons from time to time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On every call we perform a full system diagnostic before proceeding with any work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are fully trained, with an average of 16 years experience, and we conduct ongoing training on a weekly basis.
