- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the type of service being provided, the time frame within which work must be performed, and the overall size of the project. Discounts will apply to large scale projects and for customer loyalty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step to working with a new customer is to make sure that I have a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer. I want to understand your needs as well as the intended use of custom projects in order to determine if my experience can provide any insight or adaptations to your vision that might help make you happier. However, at the end of the day, my goal is to fulfill your need for contacting me, to the best of my ability.
