- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to offer the lowest price possible for the work and products without gimmicks or “Sales or special discount”...just being honest and offering my best price usually makes most customers comfortable to go with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically scheduling a face to face meeting to see the windows and discuss the customers wants and needs. Here we can provide an estimate or gather all the customers ideas and go back and put together options for the customer to be able pick and choose what they want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We were a consumer and saw the opportunity to make a career change to a trade that is needed by most people that buy a home or doing remodels.
