FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing includes procedures and materials that are even superior to standard residential installations. My background is construction and for that reason we only use more efficient and high end materials for installs. We only use R-8 Flex, and all of our taps have dampers for air balancing. We install concrete pads instead of lightweight, and ball valves/access doors on all of our installs for maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with new customers is understanding their needs first. Do they want all the bells and whistles or do they want the most economical solution. Knowing that and not pushing the higher end units on them is important. Give them the knowledge to understand the difference and let them make the decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Technicians are all registered with the State and receive training both onsite and in the classroom. Our technicians are also EPA certified to work with refrigerants. 3-D Air is licensed to perform work in both Residential and Commercial properties with no tonnage limit.
