- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for veterans, senior citizens, first responders, educators. Ask us when we get there about our discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our customers face to face, we are a family owned company and every customer we help is another family member added on. We begin our appointment by thoroughly inspecting the roof and the attic to pin point problem areas and make sure they are fixed when doing the job. Next we show you the process of the roof and show you step by step on how a roof should be installed. We understand not everyone’s a roofer or knows the process which is the main reason we show you. We show you our material, we use Owens Corning and we will show you our credentials as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by owens corning on how to properly install roofs, what to look for in our inspections, and how to make sure your roof lasts the test of time.
