Overall, my experience was good with the company. They were very punctual and completed the job of replacing a shower knob cartridge. I felt I was overcharged to replace a cartridge, I wasn’t desperate to get it fixed right away. But they did come out very quickly and repaired the cartridge and the technician was professional. I price the item at Lowe’s, which was $55 for the entire shower handle assembly, and paid over $500 for the service call and the cartridge which the technician had on hand in his truck. He did give me a military discount which I appreciated, $25.
