We were able to secure an appt quickly and when Gabriel arrived he went to work to identify the problem. He gave us an estimate for repairs and called the additional help he would need and secured the material he needed. Job was completed and clean up of the site was satisfactory!

Overall, my experience was good with the company. They were very punctual and completed the job of replacing a shower knob cartridge. I felt I was overcharged to replace a cartridge, I wasn’t desperate to get it fixed right away. But they did come out very quickly and repaired the cartridge and the technician was professional. I price the item at Lowe’s, which was $55 for the entire shower handle assembly, and paid over $500 for the service call and the cartridge which the technician had on hand in his truck. He did give me a military discount which I appreciated, $25.

Rebekah was an absolute joy to work with. She was professional, on time, so kind and completed the job (RO System install) in under an hour. She explained the system, how to work it and would highly recommend her and Bradenburg Plumbing. Also loved that they texted confirmation updates and alerts, as well as link to see in real time the tech arrival ETA. Super thoughtful and good use of tech to help manage expectations and timing.

We use upfront, flat-rate pricing. After we evaluate the job, we explain the options and price before work begins, so there are no hourly surprises. Financing is available for qualifying projects, and we will explain any service fees or current offers when scheduling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you contact us, you’ll receive a quick follow-up to confirm the problem, location, and timing. We schedule the right technician and send appointment and arrival updates. On site, the technician diagnoses the issue, presents clear options, completes the approved work, cleans up the area, and explains the result and warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbing work is overseen by Responsible Master Plumber Lucas Brandenburg (Texas RMP 42793), licensed through March 31, 2027. Our team also includes certified or registered HVAC technicians with extensive field experience. We invest in ongoing technical, safety, code, customer-service, and manufacturer training.
