Rebekah was an absolute joy to work with. She was professional, on time, so kind and completed the job (RO System install) in under an hour. She explained the system, how to work it and would highly recommend her and Bradenburg Plumbing. Also loved that they texted confirmation updates and alerts, as well as link to see in real time the tech arrival ETA. Super thoughtful and good use of tech to help manage expectations and timing.
