- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing. Most services start with a professional inspection so we can understand the condition of the system before recommending any work. For customers coming through Thumbtack, we offer a $99 inspection and quote, and the inspection fee is waived if you decide to move forward with the service. This allows us to give accurate recommendations without unnecessary work or surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few questions about the home and the issue you are experiencing. Then we schedule a visit for an inspection of the air ducts, dryer vent, or chimney system. During the inspection we check the condition of the system, identify any buildup or airflow issues, and explain what we find. After that we provide clear recommendations and a quote before starting any work.

Our team uses professional equipment designed for air duct and ventilation system cleaning. We follow industry-recommended practices and focus on safe removal of dust, debris, and buildup from ventilation systems. We stay up to date with modern equipment and proper cleaning techniques to make sure every service is done thoroughly and safely.
