I offer mediation at a reasonable flat fee of $800 total, or $400 per side, as an alternative to costly litigation. For mediations without attorneys, I offer 2 hour sessions that cost $400 total or $200 per side. This slower process normally requires 3-4 sessions. I now provide convenient online mediations via Zoom, so I can work with clients throughout Texas without the need for in‑person meetings. As a licensed Texas attorney with over 30 years in practice, I bring extensive legal experience to the mediation table while remaining neutral and focused on resolution. Mediation is faster, more affordable, and confidential. You and the other party stay in control of the outcome, while I facilitate a productive, respectful conversation.
