I only mediate Texas family & probate cases. If you are NOT in Texas, I am not appropriate for your mediation.
I offer mediation at a reasonable flat fee of $800 total, or $400 per side, as an alternative to costly litigation.
For mediations without attorneys, I offer 2 hour sessions that cost $400 total or $200 per side. This slower process normally requires 3-4 sessions.
I now provide convenient online mediations via Zoom, so I can work with clients throughout Texas without the need for in‑person meetings.
As a licensed Texas attorney with over 30 years in practice, I bring extensive legal experience to the mediation table while remaining neutral and focused on resolution. Mediation is faster, more affordable, and confidential. You and the other party stay in control of the outcome, while I facilitate a productive, respectful conversation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$400 per side for 4 hours - if longer then $100 per hour per party.
If the people don't have attorneys, I do 2 hour sessions for $400 total or $200 per party.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to the parties ahead of time to make sure that mediation is a good option for them. I don't want to waste their time or money.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take family law continuing education as well as mediation continuing education.
I exceed the State of Texas requirements for CLE each year.
