I called Modern Septic and spoke with a very helpful young lady. We had septic waste coming up from the ground, so it was pretty much an emergency and we needed it fixed asap. They were able to come out that same day to assess the situation, said the main pipe in the tank, leading to the field, was busted all up. Austin said theyd replace that pipe, and upon completion, could run the camera down to check the rest of the piping. They ordered the drawings from the county and had them in no time! The next day, they were out and replaced the busted pipe. It seems that they fixed the pipe and there isnt any more leaks, we got lucky, and we were just as lucky to have contacted Modern Septic. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, have excellent service, did a wonderful job, and didnt overcharge us! I would definitely recommend Modern Septic for any and all septic issues!
