I had confirmed move out cleaning services and she confirmed the booking after I agreed to the quoted cost. I was scheduled to leave town that afternoon once the job was completed. She never showed up for the job and then ignored calls and texts. If there was some medical emergency or something I wld expect to have received an explanation by now. I realize that things come up but it left me in a serious bind cancelling a plane reservation and scrambling to get someone else to clean the house. This is very unprofessional behaviour not to mention the cost that I had in rescheduling my trip.
