Pleased with the service the technician provided, on June 30. Garri repaired the issue with the dishwasher, but didn't run a test load of dishes to see if it worked or not. He told us he had to order a part that would cost $374, including labor. To order that part, we had to pay half down, so we paid $172, using credit card. After he left, I ran a load of dishes, and the drying mechanism worked fine, and still works fine. I called him immediately, to let him know we didn't need the part after all. Could we be credited? We agreed that I'd keep using it and decide in a couple of weeks, if the part is needed, or not. I waited until after the Independence day break, and I have contacted Volt several times since July, and have not seen my credit yet. Next step would be adding a review to BBB, this company has many more issues similar to mine.
