Pleased with the service the technician provided, on June 30. Garri repaired the issue with the dishwasher, but didn't run a test load of dishes to see if it worked or not. He told us he had to order a part that would cost $374, including labor. To order that part, we had to pay half down, so we paid $172, using credit card. After he left, I ran a load of dishes, and the drying mechanism worked fine, and still works fine. I called him immediately, to let him know we didn't need the part after all. Could we be credited? We agreed that I'd keep using it and decide in a couple of weeks, if the part is needed, or not. I waited until after the Independence day break, and I have contacted Volt several times since July, and have not seen my credit yet. Next step would be adding a review to BBB, this company has many more issues similar to mine.

He gave me a call saying he was 20 min away, showed up i told him the problem and went to work and in about 15 min if that he was done, explained what the issue was, and how to avoid it.

I had a great experience with Volt Appliance Repair. They helped get my dishwasher fixed in a timely manner- very professional and well done! They also provided great advice for how to optimize my refrigerator that was having issues with the water dispenser. Will definitely use them again.

Gary and his intern were very professional and fast. I appreciated the fact they both were Covid-19 prepared with masks, gloves and they removed their shoes before entering my home. I will definitely use this company again for future appliance repair needs.
