I called Perfect Climate Air and met with owners Ken Sr. & Ken Jr. Theyre the most knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy HVAC technicians Ive ever had the chance to work with. I had called two other local companies regarding my AC unit that wasnt working. Both companies said I was looking at a 12k+ new system replacement. Ken Sr and Son at Perfect Climate Air diagnosed the problem in ten minutes, installed a new part and my unit is running perfectly again! I highly recommend Perfect Climate Air to ANYONE needing service or repair. You will not find a more honest company.

Perfect Climate Air went above and beyond taking care of our HVAC system. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, honest, and truly cared about our homes comfort. Perfect Climate Air, INC is a true Godsend! After weeks of being told our AC was unfixable, Ken and his son Kennytruly great, patient peoplecame out to Princeton, TX, did a proper diagnostic, and told us all we needed was a new thermostat and a refrigerant top-off. They took photos and explained everything clearly. As a father-son team, they run their family business with honesty, kindness, and care. By far the best HVAC company we've worked with in Collin County. Our home went from a sweltering trial by fire to a cool, peaceful refuge. Call themyou wont regret it!

I called Perfect Climate Air for a pre-season AC inspection. They were very courteous on the phone walking me through what they were going to check. When they arrived they walked me through everything they were checking and why. They went in the attic to check the furnace, blower and coil. They used booties on their shoes when they came into my house and were very polite to my pets as well. I love supporting family owned small business, especially when they are so professional, polite, and reasonably priced. Ill be using PCA for all my hvac needs for years to come and I have suggested them to my own family as well.

We recently moved to Texas and are renting a home in McKinney. Our air conditioner "stopped working"...I had no idea what the problem was. Kenny and his son came by, had us diagnosed and got us up and running with nice cool air in no time. They were very informative, very fair and very good. I'm new here in Texas but would definitely, 100%, recommend Perfect Climate Air for any of your HVAC needs in the McKinney/Dallas area.
