- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing after the diagnosis and trip charge. For residential that is a $149 diagnostic, which covers the trip charge and a half hour of labor. For commercial properties the trip charge is $99 and the diagnostic is an hourly rate at $150 per hour. We won't make any repairs without discussing it with you first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll contact you by phone or by text to set up your customer account. That'll include name, phone number, email, and address. After that we'll get with our dispatcher to get you scheduled for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our service manager is a licensed Texas state contractor. All of our technicians have a degree in HVAC-R or have the equivalent in field experience. All of our technicians are also EPA 608 licensed.
