What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fees with trial fees included. We rarely deviate from this unless the circumstances make it clear that this is an unworkable price model for the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will interview them during our intake process, get to know more about their life and what happened, discover what they are charged with or could be charged with in the future based on the facts discussed, and advise them of the likely hurdles they will be facing in the near future. More importantly, we will discuss what can be done about the nearest hurdles, and describe some strategies that we have found that have worked in the past. When the client decides to hire us, we make sure to begin the most urgent tasks and update the client until completion. During intake, we also advise the client what they can be doing to assist us in their defense.
