- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the service as there is difficulty in setting a standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all my customers I love to make sure I meet with them strategically based on their need(s). Reason is that with garment construction, alterations and sewing lessons there is no one size fits all. So my approach is a molded to the customer needs and a hands on approach.
