Adam was very responsive and kept me in the loop on all the work. The work was done at my dad's house and I couldn't be there while it was being done. Furnace has to be replaced and Adam was prompt to complete the job once the equipment was delivered.

I was not satisfied with the service I received. The HVAC technician, Adam, came out to diagnose an issue with my AC unit and charged $120 for the visit. He informed me that the problem was more complicated and might require an electrician, but the diagnosis turned out to be inaccurate. I ended up hiring another HVAC company, and they were able to correctly identify and fix the issue without needing an electrician. Unfortunately, I feel I paid for a service that didn’t provide a useful or accurate assessment.

This company helped our family tremendously. We had been without A/C for 3 days still waiting on our warranty company who did not agree to pay. We got on Thumbtack and were blessed to find this company. They were reasonably price, did a great job and was 30 minutes early to do our A/C installation. We will use them in the future for sure.
