We received a gift certificate for a complimentary house cleaning from the contractor that redid our kitchen cabinets, and coincidentally we were looking for a new housekeeping service. I contacted Lily Fresh, and Lindsey the owner was very accomodating in helping to set up the appointment at a convenient time. Casey, the assigned housekeeper, showed up promptly, was both incredibly professional and extremely pleasant to deal with, and did an amazing job cleaning our house. As the gift certificate that we received was only for two hours, and knowing that the house needed more time than that, we extended the time for an additional hour at a very reasonable rate. It's really hard to find housekeepers that do a consistently good job, but Casey is without a doubt the best housekeeper we have ever had. We were impressed enough to schedule Casey to come out every two weeks. It is truly refreshing (no pun intended) to deal with Lindsey, and we are looking forward to having Casey and Lily Fresh as our new housekeeper.

They did a TERRIBLE job. I called Lindsey 3 days in advance to specifically request what I was looking for since it is a new house but wanted to make sure they cleaned all the dust that was generated from some upgrades we did before moving in. She provided me with the estimate and I agreed to it. I was not there when the job was done but simply provided a temp acode so they could access the house. We went the next morning and the house still had dust on top of the counters, sinks, floors. I called Lindsey several times and sent her the same videos that are attached to this review as proof. I requested a full refund and she said the best she could do was 50%. I would not recommend their services to anyone

I understand your frustration. When renovations are done, it is very common for dust to get into the vents/hvac system and recirculate dust into the home and settle again. In the future, I will be sure to do a final walk-through inspection with the customer at the time of completion to make sure our customers are happy moving forward. I appreciate your feedback.

I honestly never do reviews, but Id hate for someone else to waste their hard earned money with this company. They did an absolute terrible job. They were hired to do a move out clean. The house was completely empty as we had already moved out. I was on shift until the next day to see their finished work. They didnt clean the kitchen counters, the outside of the oven, the cook top, the microwave, inside the cabinets, didnt sweep and mop the kitchen floors, the blinds or even things as simple as the bathroom mirror. The tile in the shower was not rinsed and was covered in a white residue. All of these items are listed on the move out cleaning checklist. They put a 1 ft long scratch in the hardwood floors. I was bound by contract to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out for the new homeowner. It was bad enough I went back and cleaned for 2 hrs because I felt bad for the new homeowner. This company lacks integrity and unfortunately it starts at the top. My Dad did a real quick walk through since he had to lock the house up, but didnt dive deep in it. He didnt notice anything super obvious, so he said ok. I asked for a refund due to not receiving the service I had paid for. Of course this was not possible. All she could say was that she messed up and quoted it wrong, so she already lost money. And its hard to get good cleaners since Covid and it was a holiday weekend and on and on with excuses.

Hi Chris,
I arrived with the two other cleaners that were assigned to your move out cleaning. When we walked in your home it was very clean and in good condition. We had 2 cleaners at your home cleaning for a total of 4 hours and I was there watching them clean. They cleaned every shelf in every cabinet, every drawer, all appliances, stovetop, microwave, etc.
We always do a walk through at the end to make sure the customer is satisfied, and your father said that everything looked go so that concluded the cleaning. Unfortunately, today I had one person call in so I myself had to go help my team clean someone else's home or I would have gone back to touch up the items that you pointed out.
I will send you a refund of $25.00 as a courtesy. Sorry for the inconvenience.
