About
My name is Hillary, and I'm the owner of EmpowerHerbyHillary. I used to be a "cardio bunny". The stair master, treadmill, and elliptical were my favorite machines, and I'd use them all in a single gym session (in that order). The weight section intimidated me beyond belief. I didn't know what to do or where to start. When the world shut down in 2020, I didn't have access to cardio machines anymore. Going for long runs bored me, so I bought my first pair of dumbbells, and they were only 3lbs. That's where my strength journey started. I became a NASM certified personal trainer in 2025, and began working on building my company, EmpowerHerbyHillary. I created an 8 week program that progresses from bodyweight exercises, to resistance bands, to dumbbells. My program is designed for women like me in mind. I'm speaking to the women that want to gain strength but have zero idea where to begin. I help women realize that being strong is more valuable than just being skinny. My 8 week program includes: ✅ 3 structured workouts per week ✅1 hour video call/check-in per week (8 total) ✅ Accountability through emails and/or texts. ✅Help with general nutrition I can't wait to train with you!

Hillary is an amazing trainer with a wide knowledge of workout exercises and plans for people in any stage of their fitness journey. The value she is able to bring with her plans, the calls to hold you accountable, but most importantly it’s her positive attitude and excitement in her communication as she checks in to see her clients’ progress on their fitness journey. Aside from that her level of professionalism is second to none. Let’s be honest especially when it comes to fitness - confidence is always what is lacking for us and she helps you get started by checking all egos at the door. She has the knowledge to help you improve, the attitude to help you maintain it, and the communication to make sure you found an individual process that works for you.

    I charge $400 for my full online 8 week program. This includes video calls for weekly check-ins, emails/texts, and help with general nutrition. Everything is listed on my website.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    There is an onboarding process that requires you to sign a liability waiver, along with a physical activity readiness questionnaire.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
