FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have pre-built packages for every budget and they all include digitals. If one of my existing collections doesn't work for you, I'm happy to build you a custom quote based on your specific needs. Each session fee covers the session itself, as well as your digital gallery (fully edited with print release included). Upper level collections also include physical product. Session fees are broken up and paid in intervals (the retainer is paid at booking with the remainder due at the photo shoot). I am always willing to work with you if you need to make other payment arrangements, or need a payment plan. I also offer discounts when you book multiple sessions (such as Maternity and Newborn).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first point of contact is typically sending over a copy of my Client Guide. This gives potential clients a moment to look over everything that I offer, get familiar with my pricing, and understand what to expect. After that, I love getting to know new clients before their session. I always start with a pre-session consult (via phone or email) so that we can go over your style, your vision and you wishes for the session. We'll talk about where the shoot will take place, wardrobe ideas, and so much more-it's a fun time for me to learn about YOU! At the session my goal is to create a relaxing and fun environment. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera. I encourage kids to be kids, parents to love on their babies, and everyone to focus on connecting with each other instead of posing perfectly and saying "cheese!" When your session is over, your images will be delivered to you within about 2 weeks. My client guide explains how your images will be delivered (and trust me, you will LOVE this part!) When we part ways the final time you'll be left with an amazing keepsake to be cherished forever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple online workshops and courses related to my industry in order to keep my skills fresh and up to date. I love learning and honing my craft and will never stop learning.
