During my aquarium move my huge striped catfished valued at $60 died. Noah stated he would replace but or provide money to cover another one. This has never happened. My rating is low because of this. Keeping his word is a lot for me and when you don’t follow through it devalues your service.

Before arriving we agreed that he would seal my tank and because its take 13 hrs to dry and I wanted to make sure the leak was fixed so I asked that he return to fill the tank. He agreed to return the next business day. He was way more expensive than the others but I went with him because he said that he would come back to refill the tank and make sure that the leaks were fixed. This is the only reason I agreed to pay $250. He sealed the tank very poorly not caring to be neat at all & over pouring the glue getting it everywhere in the tank. I can’t even sit anything flat inside without it, sitting crooked. The day that he was supposed to return, he reached out to me AFTER the appointment time and told me that he was too far away to return and that he would come the next morning. The next morning came & he AGAIN did not show up OR reach me at the appropriate time. He finally text me back hours later saying that he had just got out of jail... Then after that told me that it would be $60 additional for him to return to refill the tank. I had already paid him IN FULL to seal the tank and come back to refill the tank as agreed upon. Very shady business this is & will not use him again. Beware of people that charge you way more than the job is worth & tell you one lies just to get your money than scam you out of the good service they promised. He cheated himself tho because I was really going to hire him to keep up my tank and to purchase fish for me. His loss and he will lose more doing this type of business. They are the worst of the worst…

Noah tried to fix my tanks plumbing but at the end of the day it still was leaking. He blocked me and stole my fish tank and filters promising me he will be back. I would be very careful on booking this company due to unprofessionalism and theft. Also his hours were always unpredictable and would always be really late into the night. I ended up hiring another company to get my tank fixed and they stated Superior Aquatics did not know what they were doing.
