- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to make things simple, secure, and stress-free. First, I offer a free consultation to understand your specific needs—whether it’s taxes, credit repair, or bookkeeping. From there, I provide you with a secure link to upload your documents and complete a brief intake form. Once I review everything, I’ll schedule a follow-up to go over your options, answer any questions, and move forward with a personalized plan. Communication is key, so I keep you updated every step of the way to make sure you feel confident and informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal training in tax preparation, credit consulting, and bookkeeping, and I continue to sharpen my skills through IRS publications, hands-on client work, and ongoing courses. I’ve also completed training in self-employment tax, business deductions, and financial consulting strategies to better serve individuals and small business owners.
