I had an issue with my home ac it was staying very hot in my house and not cooling down at all, until I contacted Richard which he came to my house within 25 minutes and solved my problem within 15 minutes. Richard stayed long enough to make sure my ac continued to work properly and even installed valve covers on my ac hoses. I feel like Richard did far and beyond for my family and I. Richard managed to be keep it professional and reasonable.
