Thought we had bed bugs, turned out it was a tick that I found. They were fast to respond and reassure me- within minutes- which I appreciated since it gave wayyyy less time for fear to overwhelm me. If I find bedbugs, I will be calling them. Fast, thoughtful, and trustworthy (didn’t try to sell me on a service I didn’t need)

I called HeatRx with concerns of having bed bugs.Cody responded right away and was able to get me on a schedule for a free inspection the next business day. He explained the process to me and let me know I could call him any time if I ever had additional questions or concerns.He never made me feel like I was bothering him and assured me every step of the way that they wouldnt stop until they got rid of the problem.They got rid of the bed bugs in one day (I opted for the heat treatment) and even offer a warranty should I ever get them again in the near future.Not to mention their prices were far more competitive than the other 2 companies I called.I highly recommend calling HeatRx!

Upon experiencing a number of bed bugs bites and doing everything imaginable to eradicate the infestation problem through DIY solutions, I was still battling a lost cause.When I reached out to HeatRX, Cody immediately helped me book an appointment a couple days after my phone call and was sympathetic to the torment and journey I was having to go through.Cody and Brennan arrived early morning and walked through the house and reviewed the process and steps they would be taking in each area. Cannot say this enough, HeatRx service is worth EVERY PENNY! Customer service was amazing. Cody was extremely educated, empathetic, and very professional.
