We just moved in our newly built house. We our conservative user of energy, as much as possible we dont want to use heating or cooling to save money. But just after a day when we moved in, a severe weather sets in. we’ve encountered an issue with our HVAC which is unexpected. We ended up having a 50 usd or 216-250 kwH of electricity usage when I check the app, because the heating is continuous. I asked appointment to Bohanon and they immediately sent someone. They found out that the heating we have is not approriate for the size of our house. They installed a heating pump on the same day at a reasonabe price. And it worked. The staff were nice and the owner Mr. Derek is responsive, he has compassion and very considerate. Thank you Mr. Derek, I’m just happy that they were able to help us with our HVAC and my electricity bill significantly decreased. Thank you Mr. Derek and staffs..

they are AMAZING. we lost our heat last night and needed this fixed asap since it gets below freezing right now. we were able to schedule an appointment at 8pm at night and get verbal confirmation that someone would be here in the morning. Christopher showed up on time and got this fixed ASAP! 5 stars!!!

This was by far the best service I’ve had on this app. They are the real deal. I’ve ran into so many scammers on here but this company is licensed and bonded. We had an emergency heating issue they repaired and discounted my service.
